You can become a member of the CVWA by filling out this membership form:
For first timers it is $20.00 plus $15.00 for processing, and one month's donation of $5.00.
Membership is $60.00 yearly or $5.00 monthly after registration.
After you fill the application send it along with the proper fee to:
