TACV Opens New Office In Quincy - April 20, 2005.
TACV  Cabo  Verde Airlines  inaugurated  its new location in Quincy to better serve an ever growing demand for travel to the archipelago. Since TACV restored the flight Boston-Sal-Boston in 2002, the number of people traveling on board with the airlines to Cabo-Verde has grown from 9,509 to 16,473,  bringing a 73% growth in revenue.
The new office on 1250 Hancock Street is much more spacious and confortable than their previous location.  The business promises to grow further before the end of this summer, when TACV aquires its ETOPS certification which will allow its own Boeing 757 to start flying twice a week to the islands - instead of renting out airplanes and flying just once a week.  More good news is on the way when TACV airplanes start flying directly to the soon to be International Airport of Praia, from Boston and New York.
